This project includes the construction and delivery of a 2,700 SF modern bakery and café for The Cream, designed to blend traditional Korean aesthetics with a contemporary café environment.

Completed in 2023, the Duluth location features custom millwork, high-end display cases, and an open-concept layout that enhances the customer experience. The space incorporates modern lighting, warm wood finishes, and a thoughtfully designed seating area to create a welcoming atmosphere. Built to accommodate high foot traffic, the café includes an efficient kitchen and service area, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
