This project includes the construction of a 4,000 SF Iron Age Korean Steakhouse, a franchise known for its interactive all-you-can-eat DIY dining experience. The design features a functional layout that ensures guests have easy access to all necessary supplies, while the staff is available to assist with cooking, suggest new meat options, or refill sauces and sides.

The space creates a vibrant, fun atmosphere that enhances the hands-on cooking experience, making it a memorable dining destination.
