This project includes the construction of Jang Su Jang, a popular Korean BBQ and seafood restaurant with locations in Duluth and Alpharetta. The Duluth location spans 3,200 SF and was completed in 2019, while the Alpharetta location, at 2,800 SF, was completed in 2023.

Both locations feature an inviting atmosphere that blends traditional Korean design elements with modern functionality, providing an authentic dining experience for customers. Known for its friendly service, quick turnover, and standout dishes like Bossam and short rib stew, Jang Su Jang offers a unique environment that draws in locals and visitors alike. The restaurant caters to all types of diners with a diverse menu that includes vegan and vegetarian options alongside classic Korean BBQ and seafood dishes.
